Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a formal agreement between mas68 and every individual who accesses or uses the platform, website, mobile app and related services. This document takes full effect from the date of new member registration or from the date it is updated for existing members.

Continued use of the mas68 platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. mas68 recommends that you review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the mas68 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement framework between you and the platform.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the mas68 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the membership period
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party
• Is not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gaming activities
• Has never been banned from using the mas68 platform previously due to a terms violation
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account on the mas68 platform. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and honestly:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Exact date of birth
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and active email address
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and PIN secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including mas68 staff — our support team will never ask for your password.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the mas68 support team immediately via the in-app live chat so that protective action can be taken.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Mas68 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including online bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and other methods displayed on the platform from time to time.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as stated in the deposit section of the platform
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus processing fees
• Mas68 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges
• Deposited funds will be credited to your mas68 account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation

Fund Withdrawal

Mas68 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes. The following withdrawal conditions and procedures must be observed:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated in the withdrawal section of the platform
• Any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirement will result in the withdrawal being processed without that bonus
• Mas68 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incorrect account information will be returned to your mas68 account balance

The KYC process requires you to submit a copy of your identity card and proof of bank account ownership. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours and only needs to be done once.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Mas68 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in their respective promotional terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types:

• Each promotion has a set validity period; expired bonuses will be deactivated automatically
• Rollover (wagering) requirements must be fully met before any bonus funds may be withdrawn
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion's terms
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise
• Mas68 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Use of automated software, bots or unauthorized methods to exploit promotions is prohibited and may result in account termination

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the mas68 platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness and randomness. The outcome of every game is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mas68 itself.

• Game results are final upon completion and cannot be disputed on technical grounds arising from the member's own device or internet connection
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mas68 will use the last saved server record as the reference point to resolve any disputes
• Use of any unauthorized software, scripts or tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited
• Mas68 reserves the right to void or correct game results affected by verified system errors or technical failures

Accepted Member Conduct

Mas68 members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination:

• Fraud, misrepresentation or any attempt to deceive the platform or other members
• Use of abusive, threatening or harassing language in any communication channel
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Collusion between accounts to manipulate game outcomes
• Abuse of the customer support system by submitting false or unfounded complaints
• Any activity involving money laundering or financing of illegal activities

Account Suspension & Termination

Mas68 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team.

• In the event of voluntary account closure by a member, eligible balances will be returned once KYC is completed and there are no active pending wagers
• In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, mas68 reserves the right to withhold any balance obtained through means that violate these terms
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or termination at mas68's discretion

Mas68 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mas68 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by a member
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mas68's control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory actions
• Financial losses arising from fair and valid game outcomes in accordance with established rules
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to protect their login credentials

Mas68's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing and use of mas68 members' personal data is governed entirely by our separate Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms of the mas68 Privacy Policy.

In summary, mas68 collects your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mas68 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Tier: Contact the mas68 support team directly to seek a mutual resolution within 14 days
• Second Tier: If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent mediation process
• Third Tier: Formal legal action as a last resort after all other methods have failed

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the primary reference version. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence.
